The Process Production Technology curriculum will outfit a student with the specific tools needed to be successful in the offshore environment. The course will help a candidate thrive in their career and help provide them with an opportunity for advancement. A motivated production operator can advance through multiple levels and become an Operation Specialist, Sr. Operation Specialist, Lead Operator, Operator A, Operation Supervisor or Field Coordinator. Individuals interested in pursing a career in oil and gas production operations will work on a 7 & 7 or 14 & 14 work rotation. The approximate yearly earnings will fall in the range of $60,000 or $90,000 dollars per year with excellent benefits for most companies.
